I purchased the grey bag and for the most part, I love it. I wanted a bag to bring to my classes. After searching in stores and online I finally found this one. It isn't exactly large (check the measurements) but I managed to fit my folder, a notebook in it, a small book, eyeglasses case, and a small makeup bag. The problem is that the opening isn't the same measurement as the length, so in order to fit the folder inside and notebook, I must put it in length-way then turn it on it's side so the zipper can close.
That isn't the reason I gave the bag 4 stars though, it's the zipper and the strap. The zipper is one of those thick, metal types, which can be a bit loud (if there is silence) and it's rough and sometimes scratches me when I reach my hand inside--not too hard, no cuts or anything, but it's annoying.
Also, the strap is quite rigid, wide and short. It's hard to explain, but it just bugs me. The drop length between the bag and the strap on my shoulder is probably about an inch shorter than I'm used to on a bag this size so it feels awkward. And I suspect that the strap's width and rigidness makes it more difficult to stay on my shoulder than another bag.

Some other things I think I should point out: The grey bag isn't as dark as it appears in the picture. It's a slightly light grey but not exactly light grey (maybe I'm being too specific :P )
Also, there is a design/pattern on it. If you look close enough at the picture you can see it. There are some random lines indented all over the bag. The indented areas in a lighter grey. I like it though.
And if you don't like the name of brand on products, just know that "ROXY" is engraved on the four metal circles by the strap in. It isn't noticeable from afar, but someone right next to you can see it.

Overall, this is a pretty decent bag. A nice size for going out, but maybe not the best if you plan on carrying a lot of things. I'd rather give this bag 4 1/2 stars, but since I can't, I'd say 4 stars. -- Overall a nice bag
